The total citrus production in Iran was 4.5 million tons in 2019, which was a growth of 10% compared to its past year.
In 2019, nearly 100,000 tons of citrus fruits were exported from Mazandaran province, and it is hoped that in 2020 this amount will increase to 500,000 tons.
